Each rental item is priced individually or combined in package prices. Rental Rates are based on 1-3 days

Reservations

Our theme props and decorations are very popular! Please call as early as possible to reserve rental items to ensure availability. A Deposit may be required to reserve your order.

Confirmations

A Rental Agreement or Contract and Confirmation Sheet will be sent to you. Your Reservation cannot be processed until we receive your Confirmation. You will need to provide BRD with a valid Credit Card Number and Drivers License number. (Your credit card will not be charged for the order unless this is your chosen method of payment.) Once your signed Rental Agreement or Contract and Completed Confirmation have been recieved by BRD, your rental items are secured for the rental period specified. We cannot guarantee your Reservation until we have received Deposit and your complete Confirmation.

Sales Tax

Items rented within the state of Texas are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%. If you or your organization is Tax Exempt or you are a Resaler, it is your responsibility to provide the appropriate forms for our records.

Payment

Payment is due on or before pickup or delivery. We accept: Cash, Check, American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Credit Card Charges are subject to a 3% handling charge.

Extended Rental Fees

Extended rental fees will apply to all items reserved for more than 3 days. These fees will be estimated by your BRD representative, determined by the extended rental period.

Late Fees

Items not returned by the designated due date will be subject to late fees. These late fees will be determined by BRD management and will be charged to your credit card.

Will Call Orders

You are welcome to pick up your order from Bill Reed Decorations. Our loading dock is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm. We will load and unload your truck as long as it is an appropriate size vehicle for the rental props. If it is raining, you will need to arrive in an enclosed vehicle, such as cargo van, truck or trailer. We are very concerned with your safety as well as the safety of our props, so please make proper transportation arrangements for your order.

Delivery Fees

To be eligible for delivery, your rental item order must total a minimum of $200.00. Delivery fees are in addition to the cost of your rental items. The event location and delivery time determine the Delivery Fee. Regular delivery hours are between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. All deliveries made before and after these hours and on weekends are subject to overtime charges. Note: There is a three hour window on stated delivery times.

Installation and Removal

We will gladly install and remove your rental order. The installation and removal fee is determined by the amount of time required by our installation team to fully install and remove your order.

Damages

Bill Reed Decorations theme props are very expensive to produce and any damage will result in costly repairs. However, if our props are handled carefully, the chances of damage are minimal. Please take care to protect our props from water, inclement weather and carelessness. Ultimately, the client is responsible for any damage or loss to rental items once delivered to an event site or loaded into the client's vehicle and until the items are picked up by BRD or returned to the BRD loading dock.

Props on the Go

We now provide cargo trailers for you to pickup and return your order. Rental Rates for trailer are based upon the amount of your Prop Rental. You must provide a vehicle suitable for towing (pickup, suburban etc.), valid drivers license and copy of your insurance. Electric Brake Controls are not necessary, however, you must have wired receptacle for trailer lights. We do not install trailer light receptacles. Trailers are limited, so make your reservation early.
